"VEBO" COGNITION
Vebo Cognition is an 8-week course based on the 4 pillars – cognitive mapping, mindfulness, physical activity and nutrition - for a healthy cognition and a healthy hippocampus. Research in the literature has shown that all of these pillars have been proven to increase the size of the hippocampus, which is associated with a lower risk of Alzheimer's disease. This course will benefit autonomous individuals who wish to stay healthy by showing them how to incorporate the information learned into their daily lives.
