What are the registration office hours?
Register in person or by telephone Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Do I have to become a member?
The Cummings Centre is a membership - based organization. All course registration requires an updated membership.

What are the membership fees?
Annual membership fee is $45* at the main campus and Saint-Laurent locations or $25 at the off-campus sites located in Chomedey, Florida, Westmount and the West Island. You can pay by cheque, Visa or Mastercard.

Can I bring or register as a guest?
Non-members can register as a guest for a designated event or class once per membership year.

What is the registration policy?
All participants are required to register for programs in advance. Should you decide to join a course on the day it begins, please call ahead to confirm that the course is running and there is space available.

How can I request a course refund?
Full refunds will be given only if a course or program is cancelled by the Cummings Centre. When you withdraw from a course:
-Minimum $5 administration fee will be charged unless the fees remain in the system as a credit.
-Four working days or less prior to the first class - 50% refund or 50% credit.
-No refund or credit on one-time events or workshops, on courses two sessions or less, on class extensions or after the course has started.

Is there parking?
The Cummings Centre offers limited indoor parking at a cost of $5 (available on a first come first served basis) Monday to Thursday 8 am - 3:30 pm. For more information on parking and accessibility.

Do you offer financial aid?
Yes we offer subsidies. The Cummings Centre will not turn anyone away because of an inability to pay. Subsidies for courses and social services may be available based on specific criteria and an evaluation.
