The Social Services Department is committed to enhancing the quality of life of older adults and their families. The department provides services which prolong the autonomy of the older adult living in their home environment.
To access Social Services, the first contact is with a member of the Intake team who provides information, referrals, evaluation and follow-up. Together with this professional, the older adult and/or family member will determine what other services might be beneficial.
These could include:
- Community Mental Health Program
- Day Services
- Holocaust Emergency Assistance Funds
- Home Care
- Home Delivered Kosher Meals on Wheels
- Services for Holocaust Survivors and their Families
All services require an evaluation. Eligibility and cost are based on specific criteria.
For more information, contact our Intake Department at 514.342.1234.
Services funded in part by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
