IMAGINE A NEW AND EFFORTLESS WAY TO TRAVEL AND CELEBRATE CANADA'S 150th BIRTHDAY!

A travel club is a great way to see exciting destinations -- without the hassle of planning the entire trip yourself! From day trips and overnight adventures, the Trav­el Club offers various types of travel opportunities for Cummings Centre members. Our trips are known for being inclusive, warm and welcoming and reasonably priced for both solo and couple participants.

DISCOVER QUEBEC CITY
Back by popular demand! Explore Quebec City on this full day tour. We will start with free time to wander through Old Quebec, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and enjoy the cafes, restaurants, shops, and optional walking tours. Hop aboard the bus to visit top attractions, including a guided tour of the new Pierre Lassone Pavillion of the Musée National des Beaux-arts. Lunch on your own.

OOH LA LAVENDER – A DAY IN THE LAURENTIANS
Only a short drive from Montreal, La Maison Lavande is a heavenly scented lavender farm where we will have a guided tour and visit boutiques Gourmande and Parfume where you can find delicious artisan treats and environmentally safe products containing lavender. Head to the small picturesque village of Saint-Sauveur where you will have free time to explore the restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Lunch on your own.

*TRAVEL ACTIVITY LEVELS
Use the activity levels listed below to decide if a Cummings Centre travel program fits your physical ability:

Level 1: Relaxed. Minimal physical activity. You will board a bus and have a limited amount of walking on even terrain on a leisurely-paced trip.

Level 2: Moderate. Average physical activity. You will climb stairs, stand for longer periods of time and walk some distance over mostly even ground.

Level 3: Active. Moderate physical activity. You will participate in lengthier walking tours, moving over uneven territory, climbing stairs and having extended periods of standing. Tour activities will be longer and some activities will run later into the evening. You should consider not signing up if you use a walker or wheel chair.
