Apart from the workout studio, we offer a wide variety of fitness classes with various levels of difficulty. They include:

  • Gentle Gym (chair exercises)

  • Rhythmic Gym

  • Balance Training

  • Tango Dance for Balance

  • Early Bird Fitness (Advanced low-impact aerobics)

  • Morning Energy (Low-impact aerobics)

  • Pilates Mat Class

  • Strengthen and Stretch

  • Yoga

  • Swim/Aqua fitness
