LINE DANCING CLass FOR BEGINNERS

Learn how to Line Dance with this beginner level, one hour class. You will swing and dance to different styles of music.

STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY for ages 50+ – $70
 IN PERSON 

This beginner to intermediate class will focus on improving strength, mobility, and flexibility through mindful movements. Intervals involve standing and seated exercises.

For intermediate to advanced bridge players. Topics covered include 2 over 1 responses, as well as game forcing sequences of XYZ, 4th Suit Forcing and Roman Key Card Blackwood conventions, how they tie in to slam bidding.

Music with Heather –  $100
 IN PERSON 

This engaging 7-week music and movement class is for caregivers and their babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. It has musical activities for each stage of childhood development. We will sing, dance, and play hand percussion instruments, and will include special songs for holidays. Within this fun environment, we will sing, play, learn, and grow through music.

Essentrics – $95 
 IN PERSON 

Essentrics is a functional fitness class that establishes what it is to be fit at every age and stage of your life, with a special focus on age prevention and reversal through movement. Essentrics combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong, toned body with the complete ability of moving each joint and muscle freely and with full range of motion building strength and mobility while being respectful to its natural limitations.

MAH-JONG- $60
 IN PERSON 

Mah-jong is quickly becoming the most popular tile game in Montreal. It is a game of skill, strategy, and calculation and involves a degree of chance. It is fun and social. There are many benefits to learning a game like Mah-jong, as it has been proven to help with short-term memory, attention, and logical thinking.
In the 4 sessions, you will learn to identify the tiles, how they go together, how to read your Mah-jong card and decide what Mah-jong you will build for the win.
